Yes, there's [caddy-docker-proxy](https://github.com/lucaslorentz/caddy-docker-proxy https://github.com/lucaslorentz/caddy-docker-proxy) which I personally use in my homelab. It will read and update on docker compose labels to configure the route. Highly recommend.
