Not exactly next door, but 2.5 hours away is the Museum of Radio & Technology near the Ohio/WV/Kentucky border. https://www.mrtwv.org/ https://www.mrtwv.org/ I tried to visit it a few years back, but it didn't happen to be open the day I could swing through.
