What is the roadmap? Do you see this service continuing to specialize in single region, inexpensive compute with minimal overhead or expand the service with a user facing API, etc?
- alicepfulton 1y agoOur high-level roadmap for now is just slow, consistent growth with a huge emphasis on strong customer relationships. Most of our customers are fairly latency-insensitive right now due to the nature of long-running jobs (who cares if it takes 120ms to download the results that took a weekend to run?), so we do have a strong local focus, but new locations aren't out of the question. We're based in RTP in North Carolina right now, but we're looking at some sites in Charlotte as well. Technically, we're looking at adding S3-compatible storage onsite, hosting Solana Validator and RPC nodes and even offering colocation to other providers.
