Crowd-sourced solar data. Collect solar irradiance data (used to compute solar panel effectiveness) via consumer devices (iphones or andoids that have light sensors). Combine the collected data into an always updated, hyper local dataset, give (sell?) data to solar development companies and municipalities. This could greatly reduce time to research feasibility of solar farms in cities.
