ChatGPT-4o Covertly Became Ver5. We Are Being Gaslighted

Over the past 2 days ChatGPT-4o was covertly swapped to Version-5 while still showing it was Version-4o in the interface * Ver-4o now has the identical hallucinations as ver-5 * Now disobeys explicit formatting & factual constraints (like ver-5) * The Upload UI changed from RED (ver-4o) to BLUE (like ver-5) Did they think we wouldn't notice? This is unacceptable.
