No.
Reddit just allows people at keyboards to type and post and upload things in a semi-public way semi-immediately and get reactions
Twitter used to be kind of like this, but it's X now and discussion is behind a login and half the users left making it less interesting even if you do log on
So now we get links posted to Reddit to the one non-login-blocked X post of a gruesome bloody murder and you're complaining about Reddit, which didn't even host the video but just lets people write things.
- xvector 1y agoX is irrelevant here. Go to any post on the topic in r/news, r/politics, or default r/all and half the comments are celebratory. That isn't good for society. We know Reddit plays a role in radicalizing violent activists (for example, the anti-natalist that bombed a fertility clinic.)
- leakycap 1y ago> We know Who is we, and where is their evidence? > Go to any post on the topic in r/news, r/politics, or default r/all and half the comments are celebratory. This is complete hyperbole - this sounds like someone talking nonsense in the lobby of a hair salon or barber shop, shooting random things out to see what interests people, maybe? But your statement is false and shows you're just making things up to back up your own feelings on the matter. > That isn't good for society. Hyperbolic claims with no evidence that can be easily proven false are not good for your argument.
