Agreed. I find the Web site itself to be quite poorly designed, too: I often find it difficult to parse out the pieces of information I want from an itinerary from the pieces I don't (such as automatic directions). Also, the permanent nag-bar at the top of each page because I haven't set up automatic importing (and don't want to) is particularly irritating. Plus, it can't remember my Google Apps domain, let alone my login. I love the itinerary parsing, but wish I could love the rest of the service as much.
