Japanese city passes ordinance to limit smartphone use to 2 hours/day
- duxup 1y ago>ordinance calling on people to limit their use of smartphone and tablet devices outside of work or study to no more than two hours per day I think the "calling" part here is the key. No penalties, not really a law you would enforce.
