Calls for Nintendo to step in and do what exactly? This would almost certainly meet copyright challenges on fair use grounds.
- HeavyStorm 1y agoThis could be viewed as smearing, which would be abuse. It's relating Pokémon to a politically charged subject at a minimum. I would also argue that it's a violent video. Nintendo could ask for a takedown on those grounds.
- itsdrewmiller 1y agoRelating to politics is one of the most common uses of parody and one worth protecting even if this specific use isn’t one I agree with.
- pseudo0 1y agoIt's political satire, it's 110% fair use. Nintendo can't bully the US government with an army of lawyers, so they aren't even going to try.
