Grindr isn't a space designed for straight men, so you really have to wonder what these gentlemen are doing to crash a multinational company's services when they visit a city.

- nh23423fefe 1y agoGays are like 3-6% of the population. Why do people imagine 20000 people in a room doesn't have 1000 gays. Why do liberals imagine gays must be left? This is the exact same logic which imagines all blacks must be democrats. This is a stupid thought to have.

- nh23423fefe 1y agoestimates which match polling are controversial 1000/20000 = 5% and then 3 < 5 < 6. obvious division is bad math? like why be so wrong and mad about it. you could just try not to be performatively confused
- leakycap 1y agoPlease continue to convince me that 20000 * 3% ≠ 600 I'm enthralled > Makes controversial claim, provides no source. Still includes no sources, tries to distract with some sort of quasi-math
- snowe2010 1y agoYou’re really reaching to make their argument not make sense. They used a middle number from a range and then you took the low end of that and acted like they said something incorrect.
- leakycap 1y agoI notice you also don't provide a source for the info, so your comment is just more noise. Is "believe me, I typed it into a comment" all it takes for you to accept a statistic?

- Fezzik 1y agoLiberals I know are very aware that political affiliation doesn’t change your sexual preferences. We are just amused and saddened that the side that is continuously attempting to overturn gay marriage and openly believes that anything other than heterosexual relationships are immoral and an affront to god has so many practitioners of beautiful, homosexual love. Charlie Kirk was certainly a proponent of heterosexual-only marriages: https://m.youtube.com/shorts/e9HCz5wkDiY https://m.youtube.com/shorts/e9HCz5wkDiY
- zahlman 1y agoFor years and years, I've seen Democrats wonder and/or speculate about how gay Republicans can be okay with all the people in the Republican camp expressing the views they do about homosexuality. But I can't recall ever seeing anything like an attempt to ask them.
- jfengel 1y agoI've asked. The answers always seem to come down to "I'll be fine".
