Ask HN: What type of CRM re u using?

I’m getting a bit fed up that there are a bunch of CRM systems, but I can’t tell which one to choose. Each of them tries to sell itself with something, there are new-generation ones and old veterans that have grown a bit too big. I can’t believe there isn’t a proper comparison where I can pick the features that matter to me and make a decision based on that. Not to mention that ever since, I’ve only been getting ads about CRMs. I need a CRM within a small team 10-50, collecting informations about leads and manage emails / leads in one place. Reporting and analytics. Nice to have if has automation or workflows and can send marketing emails from them.
