Ahhh yup that was the obvious thing thanks. I made the mistake of assuming it's not willpower or whatever you want to call it. Basically I know there are lots of things I should be doing for my health but don't for whatever reason and this one is no different for some folks so it would be hypocritical not to recognize that.
