Ask HN: Which was the first 32bit DOS game?
DOS/4GW or not. I heard Doom, but I’m not convinced. Looking for insights! Thanks.
- wingi 1y agoWatcom C/386 compiler version 7.0 was released in 1989 and was one of the first 32-bit compilers for DOS targeting the 386 CPU. Gabriel Knight: Sins of the Fathers (Sierra) was published 1993 too - Sierra adventure games using Watcom C/386.
