Does anyone know if there are any sorts of optimizations (either internally or available to the user) for a table with a UIIDv7 PK and a `date_created` column?
- gfody 1y agovarious engines have what's called "fast key" optimization specifically for integer sequences - if you're testing performance between an int/serial pk and a uuid the impact is profound to digusting depending on the engine.
