  Theres foss EEG machines already. $300ish to buy a fully working "same device as The FDA version just sans-certification." Much less if you want to build it yourself.

    Certainly are in Germany. Many even give you a small coupon in return, so you can spend more money at the overpriced gas station kiosk.
