- LAC-Tech 1y agoIn English west/east has two meanings; geographic, and cultural. I'm in New Zealand, which is far east of Japan, but still a western country.
- kingstnap 1y agoAre you really suggesting that people who are intelligent are purely that way because of their environment and experience? Any amount of observing children will show that equal instruction will not net equal outcome.
