- daft_pink 1y agoAmerican Universities are exempt from H1B fees. Anyone receiving an H1B to work at a US University is exempt from the fee and exempt from the lottery.
- malshe 1y agoThe EO doesn’t say anything about exemptions for universities. It only says that the secretary of homeland secretary has the discretion to waive the fees.
