- frm88 1y agoVoice recordings (or video - this device seems to be capable of both) has to be justifiable and with clear and unambiguous consent [0]. The person(s) recorded have the right to access and/or delete the recordings at any time. The retention period is "only for as long as needed... for purpose" which suggests there has to be a purpose.
