Views support the videos in the algorithm.
Do you think someone like Louis Rossman, who wants to use Youtube to share his message but doesn't use YT as a business, would rather views or ad money?
- humpty-d 1y agoPresumably Louis wants to reach as many people as possible and would like to know how many people he's reaching though.
- Telaneo 1y agoI suspect his desire for people to block ads ranks higher than his desire for statistics.
- bobsmooth 1y agoRossman has a separate business to support him.
