- 1718627440 1y agoI was annoyed by this change so installed an older kernel to get it back. However I found, that any TTY switch clears that scrollback, so it is quite useless in practice. (This is probably why they were comfortable just removing it.) The actual change making the scrollback useless was perforce earlier. I wonder when and due to what that was.
