When it comes to strategic bombing, honestly, yes.
It boggles my mind that militaries keep attempting despite decades of experience showing that damn near every single time it's been attempted, it's been an abject failure in its aims and very often entirely counterproductive.
- tome 1y agoHow about when it comes to military actions that were not strategic bombing? FWIW the reason that Israeli troops are on the ground and not just razing the Strip from the air is to reduce risk to civilians.
