Seriously try powershell. We have great package management if you choose native tools ( HTTP://nuget.org/ ). Agree developing for *nix on windows is not great.

Seriously try powershell. We have great package management if you choose native tools ( HTTP://nuget.org/ ). Agree developing for *nix on windows is not great. I use a VM for that.
