Super curious, what’s different about cooking in your experience?
- vvladymyrov 1y agoWater boils at lower temperature because of lower pressure at higher altitude. As a result cooking is different - normal recipes don’t work as expected. From my personal anecdotal experience even grilling somehow is different at 8000ft.
