The weird thing about these foam and chicken coop wire homes is that they’re not cheap at all anyways. All the CyFy ones are ridiculously priced. Largely because you’re not buying a home, you’re buying a location (with a cheap home on it.)
- Eddy_Viscosity2 1y agoA builder using most expensive materials would still want the same markup, so they would be even more crazily priced.
- Waterluvian 1y agoThe price of the structure can make up so little of the price of a property purchase. It’s so different everywhere for sure. But my home for example… if it was an empty lot I’d of still paid probably 80% what I actually paid.
