I'd rather avoid bad builders, if possible, though that's not entirely feasible until we change something.
- sokoloff 1y agoHiring your own good builder and having them build to your (and your architect's) specifications is the easiest way to avoid bad builders. Buying tract homes is hard to avoid the high-volume builders (by definition), but it's entirely possible to avoid bad builders.
