What do you mean by parameter? If you mean hyperparameters, that's pretty standard, it's a hyperparameter search followed by training. Randomized hyperparameter

What do you mean by parameter? If you mean hyperparameters, that's pretty standard, it's a hyperparameter search followed by training.
