Forcing someone who is not mentally ill into a mental institution is an act of violence. It’s not much different than throwing someone in jail even though they haven’t committed a crime.
- ImJamal 1y agoHe considers people who are trans to be mentally ill. If they are to the point they may hurt themselves or others, then you can justify it. You and he are coming at this issue with a different premise which is causing the issue.
