Very similar to the arguments against Tivo of 10 years ago. Instead of dying the television and cable networks accepted the future, accepted technology, evolved and now provide time-shifted content viewing themselves. And tracking may be useful, but it doesn't mean that users shouldn't have the option to opt-out.
