those who make peaceful change impossible make violent revolutions inevitable. pretty sure a us president said something like that.
- renewiltord 1y agoThis cannot be an explanation since the 2008 Financial Crisis did not have a similar rise in political violence and that was far greater economic disruption.
- deadfoxygrandpa 1y ago2008 did have an rise in political violence. you're seeing the results of it right now. we never climbed out of that hole and we're still living in the aftermath of 2008 and its effects on our society
