Texas is in the lowest decile with regards to graduation rates. That is my point.
- rayiner 1y agoNo, your point was that Texas “is not a paragon of educational achievement.” Please explain how your citation of graduation rates supports that conclusion when you’re not disputing that Texas does better than most other states in test scores.
