I have used it and had a response within the last week. Maybe mail from your provider is being silently rejected? Do you have a different email address and provider that you can use?
- BoredPositron 1y agothx for the feedback. I tried from gmail and from the email in my account. I really hope they whitelist the emails from the user email fields though.
