My problem with php is that I’ve never seen modern php with types and tooling. I’ve seen a lot of php, and it was all awful 2012 style nightmare magic stuff lol. Which is probably because php isn’t the top choice for new web based projects anymore. I have nothing against modern php, but old php causes me lots of pain, and that’s the only php I’ve ever known!
