Obviously they allow and people have patented things that are also copyrightable. I just don't think that they should allow patents for many of those things. I

Obviously they allow and people have patented things that are also copyrightable. I just don't think that they should allow patents for many of those things. It feels like a painter suing another artist not for copying his painting but for using patented brush strokes to create it.
