This works wonderfully so long as both clients are not behind a NAT. Then you need something like Tailscale, Netmaker, Innernet, etc.

- webstrand 1y agoThat's what I said? So long as one of the machines isn't behind a NAT, wireguard by itself works great. It just doesn't do hole-punching, you have to use another tool for hole-punching.
- hdgvhicv 1y agoAll my home kit is behind a nat on ipv4. I simply poke a hole through to my WireGuard VMs on different UDP ports.
