I'm confused by the wording "we create simulated job assignments"
Was this entire study based on real data or a simulation?
- dmurray 1y agoI think they mean the job assignments were real, and what they're "simulating" is a randomised controlled experiment where they tell the Air Force who to assign to which position. The wording is confusing, but the methodology sounds reasonable.
