- adastra22 1y agoNp. I pay just under $100/mo for a 5x10 in Santa Clara, and I know I’m also being overcharged (similar situation—too much work to move and I don’t have reason to be there more than a few more months… except that I’ve been saying that for years now). $400/mo is highway robbery.
- zippyman55 1y agoThat is really interesting. As I mentioned, it’s an inherited problem I am working on removing. Maybe you are looking at the initial buy in rates, then they jack it up. But if things go well, it will be $0/mo next month.
