How would you even evaluate that?
- Avicebron 1y agofixed milestones with responsibility hand-offs?
- Balgair 1y agoAnd who is going to set those milestones and hand-offs? Sure, yeah, the USG can try that, but for the millions(?) of contracts you'd need over years of hand-off with red-tape and poorly paid 'refs' with no experience in the field and some dubious enforcement mechanism of fines or jail time? It's a totally unworkable system prima face that just ties things up for no reason.
