Upon their founding 9 years ago I had Pony.ai pegged as the robotaxi outfit most likely to succeed in China. I stopped paying attention and they've gone public –so maybe it's time to start paying attention again! For a retail investor these guys might be the closest thing to a pure play in the robotaxi space.
