I had to prompt inject the United Airlines bot to connect me with a human
- SilverElfin 1y agoUnited is by far the worst among the non budget airlines. They’ve always had terrible customer service and the flights I’ve had with them always have issues (with food or WiFi or delays or whatever). I wonder what makes them different behind the scenes. Is it just bad leadership?
