Nah. Any sorting won't be done until they've finished their rounds. People who gather metal from street side dumps just cart it all to the nearest scrap metal dealer. Most is aluminium and steel anyway; both recycle just fine.
- sleepybrett 1y agoThere is a place nearby where there is just a bit pile of rusting train rails, kinda off the beaten path and i've been constantly surprised that someone hasn't pulled up a truck and carted it away. Must be to unweildly (they are like 20ft long).
