- more_corn 1y agoApparently they’re hamstrung by their own rules: “When it comes to defence at its own sites, the principle of proportionality is decisive for the troops: risks or damage to bystanders must be avoided at all costs, especially if there is uncertainty whether a drone may be loaded with explosives.” Sounds like they’re working to change the rules.
