You believe them?? The incentives to lie are massive, and the consequences almost non-existent. ICE, by their own account, has a pretty solid track record now of arresting people en masse, to pump up numbers, and then sorting out who is actually working illegally much later… after dehumanizing and incarcerating people unjustly. So, i don’t believe their numbers and i don’t believe that they know who they have arrested.
