I think that vibe coding shines bright right now when it comes to creating such little/simple tools.
- antisthenes 1y agoYes, or even just being a one-stop shop for example one-liners and config files for simple linux programs/tools. Hey LLM, give me some examples for X Y Z tools, and provide doc snippets for the command line parameters being used in the examples. Rather than spending 2-3 hours scouring the Internet and having 50 tabs open, you can have it in minutes.
- krapp 1y agoWhy would it take hours scouring the internet with 50 tabs open to find one-liners and config files for simple linux programs? If you have to resort to this kind of hyperbole to make vibe-coding seem useful, maybe it isn't that useful?
