I'd really love to see the technology be used more in long-haul trucking. You could use roads in the middle of the night when capacity utilization is low on highways.
- BurningFrog 1y agoHuman truck drivers can only work 11 hours a day. Self driving trucks could double that, which would mean much better use of the trucks, faster deliveries, and an "epidemic" of lower costs across the economy.
