Is class imbalance a problem in machine learning?
- malshe 1y agoRobert Long summarized the inputs from various sources and people in this thread. I think this is an excellent summary and I have been telling many of these points to my students for some time now. Unfortunately, some other professors still insist on correcting class imbalance while they are teaching ML methods.
