That was my first thought, sounds like a lot of overhead and added risk for transporting drugs. A lot of effort was put into making narco subs operable with as few people as possible and some are now even fully automated. This doesn’t pass the sniff test.
- rolph 1y ago2 possibilities come to mind: 1) double or triple down on your take, by trafficking a bunch of people that want to be somwhere out of venuzuela. 2) when the boat is close to shore, people start grabbing a package or two, and jump out and run for it. maybe a couple miles apart or until the gig is up and the last few run or get caught.
