git submodule update —init
- gitaarik 1y agoYeah, I also used submodules first. But removing a git submodule is a bit of a pain. Like 3 or 4 steps or something, which I usually need to look up how to do it again. And if you're experimenting with new plugins, trying them out, installing them and then removing them again, it's a lot easier with a plugin manager.
