People are overdosing constantly off fentanyl laced cocaine. Why is it laced? Is it on purpose or accident? Is it the local dealers doing it, or the cartel? Either way something has got to change :(

I didn’t know there was fentanyl in weed before this episode. Short answer: junkies are always looking for next greater high. A occasional dead customer isn’t that much bad rep for a dealer. It’s a calling card; a proof he’s got the good stuff. It’s not the cartels doing the lacing. It’s the middlemen and the final dealers.
