When I've presented this privately I've used a lot of diagrams and often had folks sign non disclosure agreements. I'm not sure I can describe the group dynamics I am hoping to capture without that.
Have you read E.O. Wilson? It is something like how ants come together, except humans. Hence, more complicated.
