Looks like OpenAI should include a version of the Miranda warning with ChatGPT that "anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law".
- msgodel 1y agoEvery online service is compelled by law to answer subpoenas. You're supposed to assume the collaborate with the state.
- insane_dreamer 1y agoOpenAI isn't talking about responding to subpoenas; it's volunteering information to the gov. That's a very different thing.
